Dental Grade Application of one Swarovski Crystal on tooth of your choice. Must be natural tooth area for proper application. There is a $15 fee for each additional Crystal paid at the time of service. Semi-Permanent Gems can last from 6 months to 2 years with the proper after care. Come Bling Your Smile!
